We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Development Manager to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Development, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and delivery of our Train Sim World and Train Simulator titles.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with diverse development teams and content creators to establish clear timelines and deliverables for projects.
  • Monitor and manage change requests, ensuring timely communication of any significant scope adjustments to senior management.
  • Liaise effectively with internal QA and customer support teams to review and prioritize issues requiring attention from the development team.
  • Oversee the creation and release of content builds for external review and feedback.
  • Identify potential production bottlenecks or process inefficiencies, proposing solutions for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Director of Product Development to develop comprehensive project schedules aligned with business objectives.
  • Effectively address minor production challenges and guide team members towards swift resolutions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in software development, project management, or production within a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of software product lifecycles, tools, processes, and execution planning methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently, adapting readily to new technologies and challenges.
