About the Role

Rubicon People Partnership is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in converting leads into qualified prospects and driving the sales pipeline forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and qualify opportunities from prospecting and marketing leads.
  • Engage with prospects through various channels, providing detailed product demonstrations.
  • Consistently meet opportunity quotas and execute strong prospecting plans.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective strategies and track activities using Salesforce.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and disseminate opportunities to account managers.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in IT or cyber security.
  • CRM proficiency and SDR best practice knowledge.
  • Strong cold calling skills, maintaining high outbound call volumes.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, adaptable, with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a hunter mentality.
  • Proven ability to perform on own initiative and multitask.
