Additional Allowance: £1,279 for Distant Islands

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a highly organized Personal Assistant to provide essential support to the Nurse/AHP Director within the Health Board.
The primary objective of this role is to deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient organization of tasks for the Nurse/AHP Director/Chief Operating Officer, taking on delegated responsibilities for daily operations and effective administrative support.
The ideal applicant will serve as the initial point of contact for the Director, utilizing proactive and effective interpersonal skills to prioritize and respond to inquiries on the Director's behalf. Responsibilities include managing diaries, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining detailed minutes of discussions.
Applicants should possess a minimum of HND level education in a relevant field and have prior experience in an administrative capacity. Exceptional written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
