About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transport Clerk to join our team at Staffline Driving. As a key member of our transport team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our drivers, including data entry, scheduling, and dispatching.
  • Collate and analyze statistical information for reporting purposes.
  • Manage staff rotas and holidays.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent telephone and computer skills.
  • Ability to enter data into our systems and experience with Excel spreadsheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a pressurized environment.
  • Previous experience in the transport industry is desirable but not essential.
