About the Role

Bionic Services Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our nationwide team of Field Sales professionals. As a Team Leader, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of your team in the South East region, as well as developing and coaching them to create a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Customer Relationships: Identify and establish customer needs, and develop sales opportunities across multiple products, such as energy, telecommunications, and insurance.
  • Lead and Develop a Team: Coach, mentor, and support your team members to create a high-performing team, and act as a central point of communication between the team, peers, and management.
  • Drive Business Growth: Identify potential challenges and be proactive in flagging these, providing solutions to deliver required outcomes, and meet objectives by achieving team results.
  • Manage a Team of Field Agents: Manage a team of up to 10 field agents, spread across the South East region, and spend 4 days per week out in the field developing team members and generating leads.
Requirements
  • Resilience and Adaptability: Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment, and be able to get your team back on track when faced with challenges.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Possess outstanding communication skills to build relationships with your team and customers, and ensure they receive a world-class experience every time.
  • Self-Management and Accountability: Demonstrate self-management and accountability, with the motivation and self-discipline to manage and grow our existing customer base.
  • Target-Driven and Customer-Centric: Be target-driven but also customer-centric, understanding that the customer always comes before the sale, and having the ability to drive sales while being compliant.
  • Clean Driver's License and Valid Car Insurance: Possess a clean driver's license and valid car insurance fit for business use, and have access to your own vehicle.
  • Experience and Qualifications: Have 18 months+ sales/lead generation experience, and 6 months+ leading a successful team, ideally in a B2B and lead generation environment within the utilities sector.
