Harwoods Ltd is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Leader to oversee operations at our BYD division.
The primary responsibilities of the Automotive Sales Leader include:
• Achieving targets for vehicle sales, finance, and accessory sales while meeting profit goals.
• Managing all aspects of vehicle sales processes within the organization.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Overseeing the selection and specifications of new products based on market trends and local insights.
• Supervising the inventory of pre-owned vehicles.
• Ensuring proper funding for all vehicles and promptly addressing any related issues with senior management.
• Developing and implementing customer follow-up systems to enhance customer loyalty and maintain an accurate customer database.
• Maximizing business opportunities through effective events and marketing campaigns.
• Understanding and applying manufacturer mystery shopping standards.
• Promoting a customer-first culture and adhering to FCA principles for both clients and the organization.
• Enhancing sales opportunities by providing finance solutions and ensuring exceptional customer service while complying with FCA guidelines.
• Recruiting and selecting sales team members in accordance with company and manufacturer standards.
• Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, with compliance to Health and Safety regulations.
• Maintaining effective debt control processes.
• Managing departmental expenses in line with budgetary goals.
• Providing accurate forecasts and insights into management accounts.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
