About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced OTM Driver/Fitter/Operator to join our team at Colas Rail UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving, operating, repairing, and maintaining "on track" machines in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Booking on and off duty at the designated time and place
  • Reporting fit for duty and wearing personal protective equipment as required
  • Maintaining clear and open communication with the Rugby Control Room and other team members
  • Working to a safe and competent standard, carrying out emergency procedures as needed
  • Liaising with the Control Room and Operations Managers to gather information and resolve issues
