About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Utility Consultant to join our team in London. As a key member of our utility infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing risk posed by utility infrastructure on successful building projects. Your expertise will be essential in navigating complex issues such as capacity shortages, encroachment on sites, aging assets, and commercial opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has experience in delivering utility connections, diversions, and strategies for development projects in the UK.
  • Has a strong understanding of Gas, Water, Electricity, Drainage, and telecom industries.
  • Is a reliable resource for clients to help deliver key schemes, which are often complex and demanding.
  • Can make applications, consult, design, and manage the process of getting sites cleared and buildings connected to utility infrastructure.
  • Can support other team members and manage the delivery of a range of projects.
