Job Title: Associate Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Consultant to join our team at EVERSANA Company. As an Associate Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering client consultancy projects and helping to manage project-related analytics and tools available through our industry platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the design, development, and delivery of client analyses and deliverables.
  • Develop client reports and presentations and deliver findings to clients.
  • Leverage business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions.
  • Support the development of intellectual property for use on future engagements.
  • Develop broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through on-the-job experience and training.
Requirements:
  • B.S./B.A in a relevant field of study is required.
  • 1-3 years of pharmaceutical, medical/health industry-related experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and own personal projects.
  • Strong conceptual, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to establish credibility in front of service clients at companies.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical business practices and the issues clients face.
  • Working knowledge of the market research development process.
  • Quantitative and qualitative market research skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, MPH).
  • Background in International Pricing and Market Access, analytics, and modelling/forecasting a plus.
  • One plus years of management consulting experience.
