Who We Are Looking For
With a growing demand from our current and prospective clients, we are thrilled to expand our team by hiring at the Associate Consultant level. We seek intelligent, curious, and driven individuals to join Ladder Consulting. As a newly established and rapidly growing organization, an entrepreneurial mindset is essential—consulting work often involves ambiguity, and we need individuals who are excited to tackle projects that require innovation and the development of new processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering consulting projects through quantitative and qualitative research, data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Transforming information into engaging project materials, resources, and deliverables (including presentations, reports, and decks).
- Managing multiple concurrent projects while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Engaging in client meetings to understand their needs and project focuses, serving as a supporting contact for specific projects.
- Collaborating with team members to create and implement project strategies, ranging from one-off workshops to comprehensive organizational strategies.
- Assisting in the development of proposals, pitches, and other business development activities alongside The Ladder Group's Commercial Team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of professional experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Confidence to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
