Aldrich & Company Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Administration Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and administrative support to the Investment Management team and their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Investment Management team and their clients with administrative tasks, including preparing correspondence and meeting reports.
- Liaise with dealers and brokers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Process investor applications and coordinate investor processes, including KYC.
- Respond to client queries and attend meetings with clients.
- Manage multiple appointments within a shared diary and keep files up to date.
- Stay up to date on compliance and regulation.
- Arrange events, lunches, and meetings as required.
- Attend client and compliance briefings.
Requirements:
- Experience in financial services or a related field.
- Excellent client-facing skills and confident communication skills.
- Hard-working attitude and strong MS Office skills.
