At FreemarketFX Limited, we're seeking a skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team. This role is a key part of our Client Support team, working closely with Sales, Account Management, and Client Implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of onboarding documents and client implementation.
  2. Oversee client configuration and setup, including fees, user information, and depositor/beneficiary details.
  3. Proactively manage outstanding payments and ensure timely allocation to client accounts.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in B2B environments, supporting clients and commercial teams.
  2. Familiarity with payments, banking, FX, and treasury management.
  3. Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  4. Understanding of core verticals, including Digital Assets, Gaming/Gambling, Forex/CFD, PSP's, and Money Service Businesses.
