Page Personnel Finance is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team on a 12-month contract basis. This hybrid working role offers a unique blend of on-site and remote work, with 3 days per week spent at our Leicestershire office.

Our client is a well-established and reputable business with multiple sites across the UK. They are a leading provider of financial services and are committed to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the improvement of payroll processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Contribute to project work, providing analytical support to senior leaders in the payroll, HR, and finance functions
  • Support the payroll manager in running the payroll department, including managing a payroll of 2000+ monthly paid employees
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the payroll function
  • Provide operational and analytical support to senior leaders in the payroll, HR, and finance functions

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a senior payroll background and be available to start within a few weeks. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
