Sales and Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Amplifon in Wigan. As a key member of our high street branch, you will be responsible for managing the diary, making calls to customers, and providing a warm welcome to everyone who visits our shop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the diary to ensure a perfect mix of sales and service appointments for new and existing customers.
  • Regularly review the clinic customer database to identify appointment opportunities and increase clinic performance.
  • Personalize welcome calls to maximize attendance and show appreciation for the benefit of this towards driving revenue.
  • Play an active role in generating revenue by scheduling appointments with customers and prospects, and promoting add-on products where necessary.
  • Manage relationships with existing and potential customers to offer appropriate promotions, appointments, and hearing solutions.
  • Ensure the store appearance and cleanliness meet Amplifon guidelines and standards.
  • Manage stock levels to ensure the right amount of products are available.
Requirements:
  • Total customer devotion and a people champion mindset to ensure the clinic's success and customer needs are met.
  • Computer literacy, including basic knowledge of Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive, with previous experience of working on internal databases or appointment booking systems preferred.
  • Sales skills, with the ability to support audiologists in achieving sales targets.
  • A proactive mindset, with a willingness to be flexible, agile, and react positively to change.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with other HAAs, CCCs, and Support Office departments.
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership to solve problems.
  • Understanding of and commitment to the Amplifon vision and values.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize your own workload.
