Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process customer sales orders and manage call inquiries, ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Conduct thorough Pre Order Checks in accordance with commercial agreements, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
- Utilize both automated systems and manual entry for load fill, lead-time, and delivery date management.
- Proactively identify potential service risks and take necessary actions to escalate and mitigate order or service issues.

- Ensure compliance with established business policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations pertinent to the department.

- Maintain accurate records to support both internal and external reporting requirements.
- Assist with various administrative tasks related to the sales office.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales office or customer order processing role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, along with stock and data management systems.
- Fluency in English is essential.
