Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Project People. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our key partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and business development objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to increase brand consideration and drive sales.
- Manage day-to-day customer engagement, resolve challenges, and ensure business continuity.
- Regularly report on sales progress and account development, including key actions to drive sales.
- Acquire a systematic understanding of partners' ongoing requirements to drive 'win-win' outcomes.
- Ensure stock control, accurate sales forecasting, and align intake plans.
- Plan, track, and control account investment and budgets.
- Support the planning and direction of all account marketing initiatives.
- Become the expert for products, services, and propositions and effectively communicate to partners/key customers.
- Coordinate quarterly product ranging process and commercial negotiations.
- Create detailed account plans, including sales forecasting, account activities, competitor monitoring, achievement vs. targets, and account dynamics.
- Own cross-functional relationships with sales, commercial, supply chain, marketing, GTM, and portfolio teams (internal/external).
- 5+ years' work experience in Telecoms, Consumer Electronics, or FMCG industries.
- Results-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- CRM experience, with a track record in building strong relationships.
- Ability to see the broader picture, identify, own, and resolve challenges.
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel, Word, and PPT skills are a must).
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in developing/executing key accounts within Telecoms or Consumer Electronics sector and with industry knowledge.
- Knowledge and Experience: Demonstrates a passion for achieving results, ensuring the setting and meeting of appropriate KPIs and objectives.
- Planning & Organisation: Delivers a high degree of accuracy in all aspects of the role.
- Time Management: Multi-tasks well and makes effective use of available resources.
- Ideas & Innovations: Produces new ideas, approaches, or insights.
- Problem Solving: Logically analyses problems, identifying issues, generating solutions, and options to resolve.
