The Role: This position involves comprehensive project management throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, technical specifications, and quality standards. As a client-facing role, you will collaborate closely with project team members and stakeholders. A proactive approach is essential, as you will be responsible for developing project plans, identifying specialized needs, and assembling a skilled team to advance the client's strategic goals. You will also oversee project governance and assurance processes to meet our commitments.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the establishment of effective project controls, governance, and processes.
- Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to manage the master project schedule, ensuring accountability for deliverables and reporting on risks and early warnings.
- Prepare funding requirements and support business case development for client approval before project execution.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are identified and integrated.
- Work with a team focused on quality, safety, cost, and schedule improvements, continuously seeking to enhance project outcomes.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings related to the project, facilitating information exchange and clarifications.
- Prepare various project health reports and effectively communicate with both project teams and client organizations.
- Implement effective change management practices to control scope and cost fluctuations, while monitoring overall project financial performance.
- Contribute to client systems, including health, safety, and risk management processes to ensure safe working conditions.
- Utilize key performance management techniques to drive value for the client, capturing lessons learned and sharing insights within Mace.

Qualifications:
- Membership in RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent professional development.

- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
