The Audio Visual Technician role is a specialized position that necessitates a foundational understanding of audio-visual systems, alongside business goals and system specifications.
Candidates should demonstrate a suitable combination of professional experience, educational background, and training in all critical functions.
Your ResponsibilitiesAs an Audio Visual Technician, your duties will include:
- Acting as the primary contact for Conference Room inquiries
- Conducting monthly audits of the audio-visual estate
- Ensuring all Incident Management and IMAC tasks are completed within service level agreements
- Finalizing Non-Standard Requests and Project Tasks/Quotes within designated timelines
- Updating and maintaining End User Guides
- Contributing to the knowledge management of Conference Room operations
- Consulting on optimal room adoption strategies
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A proven ability to implement medium-level technical solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with clients
- Behavioral competencies that reflect adaptability to change, customer focus, versatility, and organization
- Alignment with Experis IT's core values
- Some demonstrable knowledge and experience of IT best practices is preferred
- Experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous, with a solid understanding of customer relationship management
- A willingness to learn and engage in both formal and on-the-job training
- Flexibility to adapt to frequent changes in the work environment
- Availability for varied work hours
- Must be a sole UK national
- Possession of a full, clean UK driving license
