Audio Visual Technology Specialist

About the role
As an experienced AV Engineer, you will be part of a thriving team at Capgemini, working with a high-profile client to deliver exceptional End User Experience. This technical position requires a strong understanding of AV technology and business objectives, as well as excellent communication skills.
Your key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Conference Room queries.
- Complete monthly audits of 50% of the estate.
- Ensure Incident Management and IMAC Completion meets Service Level Agreements.
- Deliver Non Standard Requests and Project Tasks/Quotes within agreed timescales.
- Maintain End User Guides.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a related IT role, with a strong understanding of technical concepts.
- Demonstrate a level of competency through implementation of medium-level fixes.
- Multi-disciplined, with a blend of formal and on-the-job training.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Strong behavioral competencies, including adaptability, customer orientation, and organization.
Security clearance
To be successful in this role, you must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires continuous residency in the UK for the last 5 years and meeting other criteria.
