Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Training Packages: Create tailored training programs for our management system, enhancing the skills of our professionals.
  2. Lead Research and Development: Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and equipment to support business objectives.
  3. Maintain and Improve RVI Equipment: Provide comprehensive support for Remote Visual Inspection (RVI) equipment, ensuring optimal performance and addressing emerging requests.
  4. Analyse Performance Metrics: Generate and evaluate metrics to assess the benefits of capability improvements over time.
  5. Prepare Business Cases: Assist in developing business cases and justifications to maximize return on investment.
Requirements
  • Degree in an Engineering Discipline: Hold a degree in an engineering discipline or possess relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Visual Inspection: Have knowledge of visual inspection techniques and principles.
  • Negotiation and Influence: Demonstrate the ability to effectively negotiate and influence up to senior management.
