Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing the front desk, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Manage the electronic patient record, including processing clinic letters, producing appointment letters, and entering appointments.
- Use touch typing, audio, and shorthand skills as necessary to produce work in a timely manner.
- Send text message reminders to service users who have agreed to receive them.
- Assist other members of the admin team with additional tasks, such as scanning, photocopying, and answering the telephone.
- Update skills as necessary and attend mandatory training.
- Work unsupervised, prioritizing own workload, using initiative to manage tasks and responsibilities.

Person Specification- NVQ 3 or equivalent.
