Key Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience of handling personal injury motor claims from 'cradle to grave'.
  • Experience of non-portal claims in excess of £25,000.
  • Experience of credit hire negotiations and a technical insurance knowledge and understanding including that of, repair, capture, intervention, 3rd party, and claims processed involving the MOJ and OIC.
  • A genuine desire to engage in future learning opportunities and continuous professional development.
  • Strong customer service, and communication skills both written and verbal.
