Position: Youth Support Specialist


Framework is seeking a dedicated Youth Support Specialist for our Young Parent Accommodation Service. This is a permanent part-time role, offering 18.5 hours per week, with a salary range of £26,076 - £28,447 FTE (pro-rated to £13,038 - £14,223.5 per annum).


The Young Parent Service provides essential accommodation and housing-related support for young women aged 16 to 21 who are expecting or have young children. Our facilities consist of self-contained flats designed to foster independence.


As a Youth Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Empowering service users by enhancing their skills and confidence, particularly in parenting.
  • Contributing to the fulfillment of contractual service obligations.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Overseeing the welfare of service users and their children on-site.
  • Assisting service users in transitioning to stable accommodation.


This role involves shift work, including weekends on a rotating schedule, requiring flexibility in working hours.


We are particularly interested in candidates who are reliable, enthusiastic, and possess a solid understanding of safeguarding principles. While experience in an accommodation setting is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
