Job Summary:

Hunter Bond is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Manager to lead and execute significant implementation projects. This client-facing role requires working across the full software development lifecycle.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Financial Software House that develops and delivers innovative software solutions on both local and international scales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering complex projects across the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)
  • Managing projects internally and externally, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:

  • Background in Finance or an IT Implementation environment
  • Experience with SaaS Implementation and software development lifecycle
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
