Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Procurement Administration Team in the administration of tender exercises and other procurement-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Administration: Assist in the administration of tender exercises using the Council's electronic tendering facility and other IT packages.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to the Procurement Department, assisting with the processing of procurement exercises and providing a high-quality, cost-effective, and timely service.
  • Procurement Experience: Ideally, you will have experience in a variety of procurement officer routines and good administrative and ICT skills.
  • Microsoft Office: A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.
  • Public Sector Procurement: Experience of procurement in a public sector organization and working knowledge of public sector procurement rules, regulations, systems, and procedures are highly desirable.
