Job Title: Mental Health Officer Team Lead

At One-Eighty, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Officer Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering interventions to support vulnerable young people and their families in Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective interventions to support young people and their families
  • Work closely with colleagues to plan and deliver sessions
  • Provide training and support to colleagues in CBT and DBT
  • Contribute to the development of our team's skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services
