Position: Customer Support Training Specialist

Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Training Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating customer interactions and managing service appointments to ensure efficient operations within the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate service, repair, and MOT bookings, including managing courtesy vehicle arrangements.
2. Procure parts from vendors while maintaining clear communication with clients regarding the status of their vehicles, fostering trust and transparency.
3. Monitor the progress of jobs in the workshop, including reviewing inspection videos, MOT documentation, and providing quotes for additional advisory services.
4. Prepare invoices and ensure vehicles are ready for collection, clearly explaining the completed work to customers.
5. Utilize CRM systems to enhance business development and maintain ongoing communication with current clients.
6. Leverage garage management software to identify and report on missed opportunities and unbooked advisories.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a comparable position is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with TechMan Garage System Software is advantageous.
- A valid UK driving license is required.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:30
- Occasional Saturday: 08:00 - 13:00
