Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at Randstad Enterprise. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in managing employee relations issues, including performance improvement, flexible working requests, and workplace concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with line managers and business partners to resolve employee relations issues, including performance improvement, flexible working requests, and workplace concerns.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on performance improvement processes and documentation.
  • Interpret and communicate company policies and procedures to line managers and business partners.
  • Make recommendations for policy enhancements and updates as required.
  • Engage with the AR Manager and AR Lead on complex, high-risk situations.
  • Participate in weekly case review meetings with the UK/Ireland AR team to discuss case management and ensure accurate input into Service Now.
  • Work collaboratively with P&O Business Partners to identify and drive required AR interventions.
  • Deliver against the AR Strategy and UK/Ireland Priority set.
  • Assist with DSARs as required in collaboration with internal legal counsel, FeDs, and Data Privacy teams.
  • Partner with Legal Counsel (internal and external) as required on employment issues.
  • Participate in segment SIM/SMART/LM Community calls/meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and company policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage internal and external resources to mitigate risks to the business and reputation.
  • Confident in P&O data analytics and insight generation.
  • Experience of coaching managers on performance and conduct matters.
