Job Summary:

We are seeking a Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Hays UK. As a Property Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting surveys, assessments, and valuations of properties within the voluntary and community sector.

Your role will involve providing expert advice and guidance on property acquisitions, disposals, and management within the public sector. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices in property and real estate management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys and valuations of properties within the voluntary and community sector
• Provide expert advice on property acquisitions, disposals, and management
• Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices in property and real estate management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives
• Prepare reports and presentations on property assessments and recommendations

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or a related field
• Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS) is desirable
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in property surveying and valuation
• Experience working within the public sector or voluntary sector is advantageous

Working Conditions:

This role is based in East London with regular travel to various sites within the region. Standard working hours are full-time, with occasional flexibility required to meet project deadlines and attend meetings.
