Position Overview:
The role of the Administrative Reporting Specialist is crucial for a specialized commercial organization focused on sectors such as food production, pharmaceuticals, and logistics.

This position is based at the Halifax location and requires a dedicated professional to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM. The compensation for this role is set at £30,000 per annum (£14.50 per hour), along with additional benefits.

Travel Requirements:
Initially, the role may involve some travel across the UK, including occasional overnight stays.

Role Dynamics:
This position offers a dynamic work environment, differing from the typical office setting. Responsibilities will vary from organizing travel arrangements for management to compiling analytical reports using Excel.

Essential Skills and Experience:
Candidates with a background in manufacturing or FMCG will find this role particularly suitable. Proficiency in SAP is mandatory, along with advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create dashboards and pivot tables.

This is a multifaceted role requiring a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the Group Manufacturing Standards Manager and Compliance Team Managers in both analytical and administrative functions.
- Manage diary schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reports for the Manager.
- Collaborate with Compliance Team Managers to evaluate work instructions and related documentation.
- Take ownership of the banked hours KPI and generate weekly reports in collaboration with the third-party cleaning service.
- Develop a centralized dashboard and facilitate weekly reviews with Compliance Team Managers.
- Process orders for all UK sites through the SAP system as necessary.
- Assist in the creation of a budget control document to ensure all site expenditures remain within their respective budgets on a monthly basis.
- Communicate with suppliers to follow up on orders and coordinate servicing and repairs for equipment as needed.
