Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Specialist who is passionate about providing exceptional assistance. This role involves working 42 hours per week, including a combination of day shifts, night shifts, and weekends, to positively impact the lives of those we support at Cygnet Lodge.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Provide enhanced care with a flexible learning approach tailored to the needs of individuals.
  • Offer guidance and encouragement through both physical and emotional support.
  • Understand the specific needs of individuals and deliver assistance in the most effective manner.
  • Assist with medical and welfare requirements.
  • Document medical and welfare needs as necessary.
  • Ensure safeguarding measures are upheld.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all individuals.
