About the Role
As Operations Director, you will be responsible for driving manufacturing and supply chain efficiencies, ensuring high standards of quality and safety, and delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs). You will set clear objectives aligned with the company's vision and values, hold the team accountable, and drive the operations and supply chain to support the fast growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Lead a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives
