About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at London Designer Outlet. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading the store to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Store Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaboration with other teams.
- Customer Service: Focus staff on the importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers.
- Store Operations: Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs; evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory levels.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze store level reports and create action plans to improve results.
- Recruitment and Training: Assist with the manpower planning, identification, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes.
- Communication: Clearly communicate to staff: store and individual sales goals and other key performance expectations.
