Unlock Your Potential as a Spine Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Spine Sales Representative to join our team at Stryker UK Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our comprehensive and diverse product portfolio, including our leading 3D-printed technologies, to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically promote and sell Stryker's spinal products to meet customer needs
  • Confidently conduct product evaluations in various settings, including hospital theatres, to demonstrate the value of our products
  • Maintain effective relationships with established customers and seek ways to develop new clients within your territory
  • Systematically track territory progress and proactively communicate findings to exceed sales goals
  • Use product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and advise medical representatives on proper use and maintenance
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in sales within the medical device industry, preferably with operating theatre sales/surgical sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take ownership and proactively engage with key clients and businesses within your territory
  • Passion and desire to succeed and win, with a drive to meet and exceed financial targets
  • Team player with a valid driver's license
