Lettings Manager Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the lettings team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
  • Property Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of the property portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained and fully let.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse local rental market trends to inform business strategies and advise clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with relevant legislation and health and safety regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on lettings performance to senior management.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise within the lettings process.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth and work towards achieving lettings targets and key performance indicators.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a lettings management or senior lettings role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Organisational Skills: Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Rental Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage.
  • Driving License: A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
