Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Nottingham. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, including building relationships with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with lettings legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including rent collection, property inspections, and maintenance coordination
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Ensure compliance with lettings legislation, including the Housing Act and the Tenant Fees Act
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including arranging for contractors and managing budgets
  • Manage property administration, including lease renewals, property valuations, and property sales
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of properties from sales to lettings

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management, preferably in a lettings agency
  • ARLA qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Full and clean UK driving license
  • Well-presented and professional

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 17:00pm (30-minute lunch break)

Saturday: 1 in 3 on a rota basis, 09:00am to 14:00pm
