As a Healthcare Assistant in our outpatient department, you will demonstrate your ability to adhere to deadlines and follow directions effectively. Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in written form, along with proficiency in computer and database management, are essential. A minimum of SVQ level 2 qualification in healthcare or an equivalent credential is required, alongside relevant experience in a hospital or care environment.
Your responsibilities as a Healthcare Assistant will include:
