Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Privacy Specialist to join our team at TLP Consultancy Ltd. As a Data Privacy Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our business teams with data protection queries and requests, while also assisting with the automation of data privacy processes on our client's platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to the data privacy team mailbox, responding to customer inquiries and internal business team requests.
  • Support the automation of data privacy processes on the client's platform.
  • Assist with data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and record of processing activities (RoPAs).
  • Attend and lead monthly business partner meetings.
  • Attend monthly data governance committee meetings.
Requirements
  • 6-12 months of data privacy experience.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with OneTrust modules.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Relevant data protection qualifications.
  • Experience providing data privacy training and awareness.
  • Ability to build on and improve existing data privacy processes.
