About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Privacy Specialist to join our team at TLP Consultancy Ltd. As a Data Privacy Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with data protection regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Data Privacy Team: Provide daily support to the Data Privacy Team mailbox, responding to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with Business Teams: Work closely with internal business teams to ensure data protection compliance and provide guidance on data protection best practices.
  • Assist with Business Projects: Support the Data Privacy team with business projects, including the automation of data protection processes on our platform.
  • Lead Data Protection Initiatives: Take the lead on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Record of Processing Activities (RoPAs), ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Attend Business Meetings: Attend monthly business partner meetings and Data Governance Committee meetings to ensure data protection compliance and best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6-12 months of experience in data privacy, with a strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, Microsoft Office skills, and experience with OneTrust modules.
  • Qualifications: Accredited data privacy qualification and relevant DP qualifications.
