About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Privacy Specialist to join our team at TLP Consultancy Ltd. As a Data Privacy Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in the automotive industry with their data protection needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Data Privacy Team: Provide daily support to the Data Privacy Team mailbox, responding to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with Business Teams: Work closely with internal business teams to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and provide guidance on data protection best practices.
  • Assist with Business Projects: Support the Data Privacy team with business projects, including the automation of data protection processes on our client's platform.
  • Lead Data Protection Initiatives: Take the lead on data protection initiatives, including Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Record of Processing Activities (RoPAs).
  • Attend Business Meetings: Attend monthly business partner meetings and Data Governance Committee meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives and data protection regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience in Data Privacy: Minimum 1 year of experience in data privacy, with a strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with OneTrust modules.
  • Qualifications: Accredited data privacy qualification and excellent attention to detail.
