Water Engineering Director

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Water Engineering team in delivering complex water infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical leadership and oversight to ensure timely and accurate outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage project risks and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive project success.
- Lead and manage junior staff, providing guidance and mentorship to support their career development.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and proposals to win new projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of water sector projects, including experience of delivering schemes for relevant clients.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading teams and managing projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
