About this Opportunity

Lloyds Banking Group is investing in building a best-in-class data team. This role will be critical to support the expansion of data products and capabilities across the Consumer Lending platforms and business teams.

You'll work with other labs, platforms, Group Executive Functions, and third parties to ensure that complex and high-risk implementations are coordinated flawlessly.

Great colleagues, transforming workspaces, hybrid working and a wide variety of career opportunities – you'll find them all here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise (not content) for governance activities owned by the Product Owner, such as PRIA, for changes across multiple labs.
  • Coordinate across multiple teams to develop medium-term and/or long-term work schedules that help the organisation achieve its priorities and fulfil its business plans.
  • Examine regular incidents using existing regulatory and compliance processes. Solve immediate compliance issues and advise senior colleagues on complex problems.
  • Respond to individual and team objectives and invest in improving personal performance by growing own skills and capabilities, mentoring others when required.
