Data Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Warehouse Analyst to join our Data Engineering Team at Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data warehouse, providing critical insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with Data & Digital Teams to ensure timely and accurate data feeds into the data warehouse.
- Collaborate with users to resolve data-related issues and provide expert guidance on data analysis and visualization.
- Support the development and maintenance of the Trust's Data Strategy and Service Line reporting agenda.
- Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues, implementing process improvements to enhance data integrity.
- Manage and schedule data loads into the data warehouse, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Conduct regular system testing to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Proven experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and data analysis.
- Strong technical skills in T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, and Power BI, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Previous experience in the NHS or healthcare sector is beneficial but not required.
