Position Overview
  • Preparation of fee proposals for Director approval
  • Accountable for the successful delivery of projects
  • Execution of both scheme and detailed design
  • Participation in client, design, and site meetings, including inspections and reporting
  • Management and oversight of engineers and technicians
  • Contributing to the development of bids and tenders
  • Conducting structural surveys of buildings and infrastructure
  • Supervising engineering design processes
  • Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations
Candidate Requirements
  • MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Membership in the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE)
  • At least 8 years of experience in structural design
  • Proficiency in core materials: concrete, steel, masonry, and timber
  • Strong technical design and drawing capabilities
  • Experience with MasterSeries and Tekla software
  • Ability to lead and develop the Structural Engineering Team
