Job Summary:

  • Support the incident response function for operations outside of the Nuclear Licensed Site, ensuring business priorities are upheld during incidents.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain business continuity plans, business impact analyses, disaster recovery plans, and associated documentation.
  • Offer guidance to functional teams on risks related to information, facilities, reputation, and other critical business assets.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of resilience exercises, enhancing the organization's preparedness and response capabilities.
  • Assist in the implementation of lessons learned from exercises to strengthen resilience planning and ensure continual development.

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant qualification in Resilience, Business Continuity, Risk Management, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
  • Experience in supporting inspections, audits, and reviews of business continuity and resilience programmes, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise resilience and business continuity best practices.
  • Familiarity with standards, frameworks, and best practices in Enterprise Resilience, Business Continuity, and Emergency Management, particularly within civil nuclear or Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) sectors.
  • Competent in project management techniques, with experience supporting high-profile projects and programmes.
  • Skilled in writing procedures, drafting reports, and providing clear guidance to staff.
