Reed Specialist Recruitment is proud to represent a Poole-based firm seeking a Financial Services Administrator to support their Advisers/Paraplanners on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Financial Planners, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Obtain valuations, information, and product details for analysis, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Liaise with product providers and third parties to ensure efficient communication and resolution of queries.
  • Process new business, withdrawals, fund switches, and follow through to completion, working closely with the Paraplanner.
  • Effectively manage client queries and other parties, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate annual review meetings with clients and manage a Financial Planner's diary, ensuring optimal scheduling.
  • Maintain compliant files, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Comply with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all aspects of the role.
Requirements
  • Understanding of the Financial Planning process and ability to work within defined business processes.
  • Able to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision, prioritizing and planning own workload effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Good IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Xplan, the firm's back-office system.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
Benefits
  • Salary between £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
  • 3% employer pension contributions.
