  • Assist the Warehouse Department with the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, products, and materials.
  • Perform general warehousing duties, including stock processing and movement of stock around the site using counterbalance forklift.
  • Load and unload vehicles, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of goods.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Desirable – Educated to NVQ Level II in Warehousing and Distribution/related qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar background, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Proficient in the operation of RF scanners and familiar with SAP computer mainframe systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Kanban and stock rotation procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Current reach and counterbalance forklift truck licenses.
