Position:
Facilities Maintenance Specialist
Working Hours: 40 Hours (During Standard Office Hours)
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday (occasional weekends and public holidays may be required)
The Facilities Maintenance Specialist is expected to comply with industry standards, legal regulations, and safety measures.
. Conduct and participate in Risk Assessments, Safety Inspections, 5S evaluations, and Layered Audits.
. Ensure workspaces are safe and tidy, and manage waste disposal appropriately.
. Report any issues regarding non-compliance in activities, processes, utilities, and facilities.
. As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for updating Work Instructions and implementing lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
. Oversee maintenance and standards at the designated facility, including minor construction tasks.
. Coordinate and supervise external contractors, issuing necessary Permits to Work.
. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new utilities and facilities.

Essential Qualifications for the Facilities Maintenance Specialist:
. Competence in computer skills, particularly MS Office.
. Basic handyman skills, including stud wall construction and plastering.
