We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in assisting a Local Authority in Camden with the appointment of a Coronial Services & Business Development Manager on a 3-month contract, which is highly likely to be extended at the client's discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Environmental Health Business & Consumer Services to ensure full compliance with relevant corporate guidelines and manage strategic finance, procurement, and contract management processes.
- Develop and maintain a vision for quality and continuous service delivery improvements, focusing on customer service and service outcomes, and lead on implementing a strong culture that supports these goals.
- Take ownership of collating, verifying, and analyzing service data to support operational and strategic decision-making, and oversee the production of strategic and operational service presentations on behalf of the Head of Environmental Health Business & Consumer Services.
- Establish robust finance and resource management protocols as directed by the Head of Environmental Health Business & Consumer Services.
- Lead the development and delivery of projects and services within approved budgets, and oversee research and benchmarking projects designed to support the delivery of a best practice-based service model.
Requirements:
- Proven knowledge and understanding of management and service improvement to deliver service objectives.
- Experience of responsibility for a defined service area or outcome and delivery in a high-quality, effective manner.
- Experience or understanding of budget management and income maximization.

- You should be available to work immediately or at short notice.
- You should have the right to work in the U.K.
