Job Summary
We are seeking Night Care Assistants to join our team at Berkeley Lodge, our specialist dementia nursing home, in Worthing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care, social interaction, and stimulation to residents.
- Promote independence and enablement, providing support to residents as needed.
- Ensure electronic residents' personalized interactions are inputted on the system.
- Serve food and drinks to residents, promoting social dining experiences.
- Develop relationships with relatives to support understanding of their needs and personal care.
